Tracey Maxfield is doing all the things I dream about, she wrote a book about coming out of the Rabbit Hole of depression and is a speaker in schools across the globe. Her philosophy meshes with mine, help teach kids how to cope with the stresses of life, manage anxiety, emotions and how to breathe properly.
