A powerful and beautifully written book. Difficult to read in places because the authors experience of depression is so vividly described., there were points when I had to stop reading and do something else… but at the same time finished the book in 2 days. Tracey writes eloquently of her own experiences- educational and informative for those who have never suffered from depression, but also a great resource for anybody experiencing their own mental health issues, and people who work with or have friends/ relatives who do.
