Bullying is no longer confined to the playground. It can happen at any time, anywhere, by anyone, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or religion. Kids have been bullying each other for generations. Bullying is defined as the physical, verbal, relational, and/or or psychological attacks or intimidation against a person who cannot properly defend him/herself. It includes two key components: repeated harmful acts and an imbalance of power.
