A Conversation with Courtney Brasfield

Let’s Talk About Bullying!

I had the great privilege of interviewing Tracey Maxfield, author of Escaping the Rabbit Hole and anti-bullying advocate.

Tracey is a retired nurse with over 36 years experience.

Tracey experienced an acute depressive episode in August 2015 due to workplace stress, harassment, and bullying.

Tracey released her book, Escaping the Rabbit Hole after finding #mentalwellness after her journey through depression.

Now Tracey works with children, teens, young adults, parents and professionals to Engage children and teens, Educate them about Mental Illness, and Empower them to develop confidence and skills to move ahead in their own journey.

Tracey is a powerhouse with a kind, tender heart. Head over to my FB page to hear my interview with her. https://www.facebook.com/1789489024695797/posts/2397708453873848/
