For anyone who is suffering from, or knows someone suffering from, depression this book is a must read, It is a frank and honest account of the author’s own battle with depression and suicidal thoughts.

I know some people that struggle with this illness and, having read this book, I now have a better understanding and insight into how badly this affects them. I highly recommend this book. It will open your eyes to this debilitating mental health illness, but also give hope that it is possible to battle it and live a productive life.
